Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 5 GB and three devices with no card required. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
How does shared storage work?
On Team and Business plans everyone in the organization draws from one shared pool, 200 GB or 500 GB, so whoever needs more space can use it as long as the organization stays within its total.
Can I switch plans later?
Upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.
What happens if I go over my storage?
Nothing is deleted. Uploads pause until you free up space or upgrade, and you can still open and download everything.
Where is my data stored?
On servers we own and operate in our own data centers, never on a public cloud.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards on all paid plans, and bank transfer with an invoice for annual Business plans.
